Nordic Society of Irish Dancers prepares for Nordic Feis 2011

Updates will follow after, and there will be alot to say about the plans for the Nordic Feis 2011. Many decisions will be made about it, so watch this space!
The Nordic Irish Dancing Feis 2010 was not held – but up to 2009, was attracting 150+ dancers from 20 or so schools from Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Finland – and even with some dancers from Germany, Belgium and Russia. The Irish Dancing classes and courses are still being held across Northern Europe, and efforst are under full swing to organise the 2011 Nordic Feis – usually held in November each year. It has rotated across the different Nordic countriesand cities – and ths year it is hoped to stage the events in Stockholm Sweden.
