Irish Writers’ Centre in Dublin aim to break Guinness World Record on Bloomsday
Each author will read for 15 minutes from one of his or her works. The 28 hour marathon will be kicked off with an introductory proceedings from senator David Norris. The first reading for the session will be best-selling novelist John Boyne.
The festival starts at 10am on Friday June 15th and will run through the night until 2pm on June 16th. The event, which will feature a wide variety of literary tastes, will be open to the public and will be streamed live online.
