Who is the workshop for?
Levels: beginners*, primary
*For the easy levels you should be able to do: skips, jump overs, sevens, back23’s, rising step
Ages: all – children, teens and adults
If you are dancing for a school registered under An Coimisiún le Rincí Gaelacha you have to ask your teacher’s permission to attend (according to the rules of AnCom).
Language at the workshop: English
What’s the programme like?
Classes:
– Ceili, Showdance for all
– Solo only BSM dancers
Content of classes:
???? Easy Ceili: simple ceili dances such as Bonfire Reel, Siege of Carrick etc.
???? Advanced Ceili: more complex ceili dances such as
– Duke Reel
– 8 Hand Jig
– Lannigans Ball
– 3 Tunes
– 8 hands, 4 hands and others
The ceili dances will be decided upon on the day as this depends on the number of dancers, ability etc; the final choice of the dance(s) is only up to Leora. There will be no refunds of charges in case the dance(s) taught do not meet your expectations.
???? Showdance: treble reel primary level; choreography
???? Solo: only for BSM-students
What does the workshop cost?
Programme 1: Easy Ceili and Advanced Ceili = 6 hours total

Programme 2: Easy Ceili, Advanced Ceili and Showdance = 8 hours total

These are the prices you pay if you register and transfer the full amount before the deadline. After that you pay an additional 20 € per person.
Is there a discount for teachers?
Yes there is. If you are a teacher of a group and you join the workshop with at least 3 of your students you will pay 30% less of your own tuition fee.

When paying as a group please give the names of all dancers included in that group.
Will I get a refund if I cannot attend the workshop?
If you cancel before February 28th 2009 you will get 50% of what you paid refunded (minus banking fees where applicable). After that date you will not get any refunds.
May I film or take pictures?
You have to discuss this with Leora herself; without her approval recording and/or taking pictures is not allowed.
