CLOSING DATE FOR APPLICATIONS FOR THE 9.LŠIT-BSS 2009

It is only a week left to deadline for this year summer school. After then, we have to assess the actual occupancy of all classes. Effort to accommodate everybody with various interests in Irish traditional culture brings us to release wide spectrum of classes. Unfortunately financial support for summer school is infinitely small. If there are not enough students for the class, we are forced to cancel it.

An Coimisiún complicated rules and its teachers don’t make the situation easier. We also meet with lack of interest in some music classes, and therefore we might have to cancel some of them completely, if the number of students doesn’t rise up and the entered people don’t consign their deposit in following days.

I would like to call all those hesitating to decide soon. If any of the classes will be cancelled for the small number of students or overdue deposit to June 15, 2009, classes won’t be renewed, in case of interest in any of those classes after the cancellation. Class cancellation in this year is final and irrevocable.
